Kalsang's latest thangka, The Mandala of Compassion was commissioned by the Museum of Anthropology at UBC. This remarkable new work is available for public viewing in the new Multiversity Galleries (Case 81), now exhibited as part of the permanent collection. Visit the MOA to see the fine detailed work of Dawa's Tibetan thangka painting which has a vibrant contemporary appeal.
Summer & Fall Workshops in Vancouver
The registration for Emily Carr Summer 2010 workshops is now open. Kalsang will be teaching two Thangka painting courses, one 5 day session on Saturdays starting June 5th and one 5 day intensive workshop in August, from 9th-13th, and one weekly workshop offered on Saturdays, starting September 18th, 2010.

PERMANENT EXHIBIT
